PRE-LAUNCH · 2026.Q3

Every audit makes the next agent better.

Kaizen is the improvement layer of the Vorion ecosystem. It reads what the chain learned this week — every near-miss, every recovery, every drift — and feeds the patterns back as RFCs against BASIS.

CHAIN // SOURCE OBSERVE // PATTERNS PROPOSE // RFCs RATIFY // BASIS+1 改善 CONTINUOUS
// 01 · the practice

Four disciplines. One direction.

Each discipline is a weekly cadence. None of them is software. Software is the substrate; the practice is what people do with it.

/ 01 · KEEP

Keep watch.

Read the chain every week. Not metrics; the raw events. The patterns aren't in the dashboards — they're in the receipts.

/ 02 · NOTICE

Notice drift.

One near-miss is data. Three near-misses in two weeks is a hint. Notice them before they become an incident.

/ 03 · WRITE

Write an RFC.

Don't fix it locally. Propose the change to BASIS. If your problem is real, twenty other deployments have it too.

/ 04 · RATIFY

Ratify the next.

Sign-off on RFCs from peers. The standard improves by votes, not by vendors.

// 02 · what kaizen ships

Not a product. A weekly digest, a votable RFC queue, a public archive.

// MONDAY

The weekly digest

An email. Patterns observed across all chains last week. Five paragraphs, no graphs. You read it on the train.

// WEDNESDAY

The RFC queue

A board of open proposals. Vote with your wallet (signature). Comment if you've seen the same pattern. 30-day window per RFC.

// QUARTERLY

The minor release

Ratified RFCs roll into the next BASIS minor. Public archive of what changed, why, and who signed.

Open in 2026.Q3.
Signatories first.

If you've signed Article V.A of BASIS, you get the first invite. If you haven't, sign it first — adoption is free, public, takes about an hour.
